5.1 Log in to Your Account

Click the 👤 icon in the top left corner of the homepage to enter the User Center.

5.2 Start Identity Verification

Select "Identity Verification" and click "Verify Now." The identity verification process involves two steps:

5.2.1 Fill in Personal Information

• Ensure that all information is accurate.
• Fill in your full name in English, including your first name, middle name (if any), and last name.
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• Two types of documents are supported: ID card and passport.
• Registration is currently not supported for residents of Mainland China and the United States.

5.2.2 Upload Proof of Identity

You will need to provide:

• Photos of the front and back of your ID card or the personal information page of your passport.
• A photo of yourself holding the ID document.

5.3 Submit Verification Information

Click "Confirm" to complete the process.

5.4 Important Notes

Ensure the photos meet the following requirements:

• Clarity: The document must be clear, without any blurriness or distortion, and all text should be easily readable.
• Completeness: All pages of the document (if applicable) should be fully visible in the photo, without any parts being obscured or cropped.
• Current Validity: The uploaded document must be currently valid, and the information must match your current identity details.
• No Reflections: Ensure there are no reflections or shadows on the photo that could hinder the recognition of information.
• Format: Upload the document photos in the required format (JPG or PNG) as specified by the platform.
• Lighting: It's recommended to take the photos in natural light or soft indoor lighting, avoiding direct bright light to prevent reflections.
• Background: The background should be simple and monochromatic, preferably white or light-colored, to avoid distractions.
• Angle: The document should be placed flat on a stable surface, with the camera positioned directly above, ensuring the photo is taken at a 90-degree angle without tilting or distortion.
• Focus: Ensure all the information on the document is in focus and that the text is clearly readable.
• Avoid Editing: Do not edit or retouch the document photos; keep them in their original state.
